Selvaria Bles; Himeka; Wouldn’t It Be Nice…
First thing first: so her boobs are almost as big as they are in the anime design sketches. It never seemed as unsightly in the game, probably because of the 3D nature of the rendering and how the visuals of the game take hold of your perspective with an iron grip. The character designs remind me of this guy, which is not the BEST thing ever, but it’s faithful enough that I think I’ll be pretty happy.

If you really think about it, there is an Animax India channel. India. I mean yeah, they watch anime there too. But don’t we? Where’s our anime channel? This is kind of messed up. A little weird, at least. Just as it is a little weird for a Canadian to win a Japanese anison contest and gets a shot at selling to otaku. At least Valkyria Chronicles kinda, slightly, just a little mainstream.
But somehow, I think it’s great.
Himeka seems to be a fan of Nana Mizuki, so giving some props there is only natural.

Might have been possible had the game moved more than ten copies outside Japan. Despite being one of the best games on the system, it sold very poorly.
You don’t watch fansubs? Or don’t want to buy a PS3 and circumvent the region locking?
But it is a pity the game sold so poorly…relative to expectations. It sold, still.
Is it just me or did they make Isara’s eyes like 2 larger or something? She bugs me the most of the designs, the others get my seal of approval.
I like the anime Isara more, but yeah, the huge eyes made her younger and less striking.
I agree that this game deserves more buyer. It’s the _only_ PS3 game I’ve seriously played, and I already own PS3 for more than six months lol. Or maybe I just fell in love with Alicia.
Anime design looks a bit weird to me; they should have made something more like Toshokan Sensou to keep some 3D feeling on it.
Glad they kept Sakimoto Hitoshi, though! I love VC music.
